Questions, answered
Do my customers need to download an app or sign up?
No. They open your link in any phone browser, order, and get updates on WhatsApp. No app, no account, no password.
How do customers pay me?
By bank transfer or cash on delivery. When you confirm an order, the invoice shows your bank details. The customer pays you directly and uploads the slip on the invoice, and you verify it with one tap.
Does Talab take a commission?
Never. Money goes straight from your customer to your bank account. You only pay the monthly plan.
Do I need WhatsApp Business?
No — regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business both work. Talab prepares each message and opens it in your own WhatsApp, so customers hear from the number they already know.
Most of my orders come through DMs. Can I still use it?
Yes. Add those orders yourself in a few taps and they sit in the same list as storefront orders — same invoices, same slip checks, same tracking for the customer.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Choose Grow or Business to keep taking orders. Nothing is deleted — your products, orders and customers are all still there.
Can I stop orders when I’m fully booked?
Yes. Switch off "Accepting orders" and your shop stays open to browse, but nobody can check out until you switch it back on.
